Insoluble Anode?

This is an insoluble electrode with titanium material coated by platinum group oxides (RuO2, IrO2 etc) and is diversely used in electrolysis process of aqueous solution to generate oxygen and chlorine due to its low overvoltage and long life of electrodes.
