Document processing

  • Each business division reviews whether the applicant is fit for the positions currently required by such division.
  • Application for recruitment is used as interview sheet at the job interview, so please faithfully fill in the form with accuracy.
  • Especially in case of career employee, the position and duties of the previous job should be stated in detail.

Interview screening

  • Interviewers basically consist of a total of 5 individuals including the CEO, head of each business division, and general manager of human resource management. If necessary, the head of the department to which the interviewee will be placed after recruitment may participate in the interview procedure.
  • In the interview, the personality and specialized knowledge of the applicant is evaluated, and the job interview shall be held only once per applicant except for special occasion.

Health checkup

  • Any applicant who passed interview screening shall take health checkup at a hospital designated by the Company. For any applicant who is deemed as not capable of performing the duties of the position contemplated by the Company, passing of screening and admission to the Company may be cancelled.

Miscellaneous matters

  • In case any statement filled in the application form is proven false, qualification and admission may be revoked.
